Our recovery programs align with the federal Reuse Legitimacy Rule and 40 CFR 261 standards. Materials identified for verified reuse meet regulatory legitimacy criteria and are returned to industrial markets as substitutes for virgin raw materials. Materials not eligible for reuse are directed to approved Subtitle C or Subtitle D facilities as required.
